God is a Good Father

We trust Him through all life’s circumstances because God is good. This gives us faith for the miraculous and hope that the best is yet to come.

We Pursue God’s Presence
We carry a passionate hunger and desire for intimacy and encounters with God in worship, prayer, study of the Word, serving others, and our daily lives because His presence changes us, our circumstances, and the community around us. We discover our true identity and fruitfulness in His presence where the Holy Spirit is free to have His way among us.
Our Identity is Found in God's Grace
The cross makes us whole and changes our identity-we aren’t defined by our performance, but we are transformed by His profound love for us as Sons and Daughters. We honor others and acknowledge people’s value as those for whom Jesus died without stumbling over their weakness.
We Need Each Other
We value the community of the local church and the gifts each individual has been given to fulfill our destiny and come to full maturity.
We Value Family, Children, and Community
It is in families and community that we grow in love, compassion, and spiritual maturity. As we develop close relationships with God and others, build up families, and nurture and train others, we learn to love like Jesus loved.
Every Believer is a Minister
We desire to see every believer equipped and released to reach others with God’s love and power in the church and in our community. Every member is a minister as they are equipped in Kingdom ministry and learn how to partner with the Holy Spirit.
We Go and Make Disciples
We equip believers and develop humble, kingdom-minded leaders to carry the good news of salvation, healing, and deliverance through Jesus to people in our city and beyond.
We Partner with the Holy Spirit
Through us, the Holy Spirit releases healings, prophecy, deliverance, miracles, signs, and wonders as powerful expressions of the gospel message to expand the Kingdom of God on earth.
We Actively Love our City
We serve our city and region selflessly to see lives, organizations, and institutions impacted and changed by the love and power of Jesus. We honor and serve with other Christian churches and ministries as the body of Christ to reach and minister to our city and the world.
Our Vision is Global
We are actively involved in the missional model of Jesus to reach our region, our nation, and the nations of the earth. We give of our resources (time, talents, and finances) to see God’s love and power transform people and nations.

The Holy Scriptures

2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21

We believe the Bible to be the inspired and inerrant Word of God. We believe that it was written by holy men of old as they were moved and inspired by the Holy Spirit.

The Eternal Godhead
Matthew 28:19; Mark 12:29; John 1:14; Acts 5:3-4; 2 Corinthians 13:14; Hebrews 1:1-3; Revelations 1:4-6 We believe that the Godhead eternally exists in three persons—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit—and these three are one God, having the same nature, attributes, and perfections and worthy of the same honor, trust, and obedience.
The Deity of Jesus Christ
John 1:1-3, 14; Luke 1:34-35; Colossians 1:16 We believe that Jesus Christ, the son of God who became man for us, pre-existed with God and in the form of God. We believe that He is true God and true man, having been conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. We believe that the world and all it contains was created by God the Father (Genesis 1:1; Ephesians 3:9), through and for Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 8:6; Colossians 1:16).
The Ministry of the Holy Spirit

John 15:26; 16:8-14

We believe that the Holy Spirit, who is one of three persons of the eternal Godhead, is at work today drawing mankind to Christ and is manifested within the body of Christ through His gifts and fruit in the lives of believers. We believe in the ministry of the Holy Spirit to glorify Christ, to convict men of sin, and to empower the believer.

Basis of Salvation
John 3:16; Romans 5:8; 10:9, 10; 1 John 4:10 We believe that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us, winning pardon for all who believe in Him and confess Him as their Lord and Savior. We believe that there is no atonement for our sin apart from the shed blood of Jesus Christ on the cross of Calvary, that He is the sacrifice and propitiation for our sin. We believe that He rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, is seated at the right hand of the Father, and will judge the living and the dead.
Salvation Through Grace
Ephesians 2:8, 1 John 1:9 We believe that man can be justified only by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe that apart from Christ we have no righteousness, and we must come to God through the righteousness of Christ. We believe that upon sincere repentance and a wholehearted acceptance of Christ as Lord, we are justified before God.
The New Birth
John 3:5-7; 2 Corinthians 5:17; Galatians 2:20 We believe that upon repentance and acceptance of Jesus Christ as Lord, a regeneration and renewal occurs that constitutes our new birth. We believe that the change which takes place in the heart and life at conversion effects a newness of life in the believer that is the result of being born of the Spirit of God.
Water Baptism
Matthew 28:19; Roman 6:3-5 We believe that baptism, by immersion in water, unites us with the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ, through the spiritual reality this sacrament effects in the believer. We believe that baptism is an outward sign of the inward work of salvation.
The Lord's Supper
1 Corinthians 11:23-26 We believe in the observance of the Lord’s Supper through the use of the bread and the juice of the vine in remembrance of Jesus. We believe that in the act of communion, the real presence of Christ is in this sacrament, causing a spiritual reality that is more than symbolic.
Baptism of the Holy Spirit
Acts 1:5, 2:4 We believe that the baptism of the Holy Spirit is an additional impartation which may be subsequent to regeneration (Acts 8:15-17, 19:1-6). We believe that the purpose of the baptism of the Holy Spirit is to empower the believer to be a witness (Acts 1:8; 5:32), and that His empowering is after the same manner as in Biblical days. We believe that this baptism is usually accompanied by the gifts of the Spirit, such as speaking in tongues, prophecy, etc. (Acts 2:4; 9:17-18; 10:44-46; 19:1-6). We believe that this gift is presently available to all who believe (Acts 2:38-39), but is not essential for salvation or regeneration.
The Gifts and the Fruit of the Spirit
1 Corinthians 12:1-11; Galatians 5:22-23; Romans 12:6-8; Ephesians 4:11-13, 30-32 We believe that the Holy Spirit has gifts to bestow to every believer. We believe that these gifts need to be exercised by faith to fulfill their divine purpose of blessing to a lost and dying world and in the body of Christ. We believe that it is the will of God that we walk in the Spirit continually and show spiritual fruit as evidence of a Spirit-filled life.
Divine Healing
Matthew 8:17; 18:18-19; Mark 16:15-18; James 5:14-16; 1 Peter 2:24 We believe in divine healing of the body as part of the atoning work of Jesus Christ. We believe that divine healing is the provision of Christ to heal the sick in response to the exercise of faith, the prayer of faith, anointing with oil, the gifts of healing, or the laying on of hands.
The Second Coming
Acts 1:11; 1 Corinthians 15:51-53; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 We believe in the literal return of the Lord Jesus Christ to rule on earth as in heaven. We believe that those who are alive in Christ and remain at the return of our Lord will be changed and caught up to meet Him in the air and those who have died in the faith will be resurrected and will also be caught up to meet Him.
